Arthur D. Little, the global management consultancy linking strategy, innovation and transformation in technology-intensive industries, today announced the appointment of Hans Arby as Senior Advisor. The mission for Hans will be to support the growth of Arthur D. Little’s offering to cities, as well as to public and private mobility solutions providers in the area of smart mobility and Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS). 

Commenting on his appointment, Hans Arby, Senior Advisor at Arthur D. Hans has more than 15 years of experience as a leader, entrepreneur, and consultant in new mobility, and has in-depth expertise in private-public collaborations and system-level innovations. Back in 2013, he was the architect behind UbiGo, the world’s first commercial MaaS pilot in Gothenburg, which was later launched in Stockholm in close cooperation with the city, the PTA, and selected commercial partners. He also serves as first vice chair of the transport board of the City of Gothenburg, is an active member of the UITP Combined Mobility Committee, and a sought-after speaker on smart mobility topics.
