DR. Ali Alessandro Ayach

Dr. Ayach is a Partner based in our Dubai office. He brings over 16 years of broad-sector experience to serve clients across the entire healthcare ecosystem for public and private providers and investors across EMEA. He works alongside broad-level senior executives and CxOs to design and implement solutions that address issues with their strategic agendas. He specializes in both corporate and government sectors to help address key strategic and operational challenges related to strategy design and development, corporate transformation, digital enablement, and deal strategies.

Before joining Arthur D. Little, Dr. Ayach was an associate partner with Alvarez & Marsal (A&M). Prior to A&M, he served as managing director at GE Healthcare Partners. He has also worked with Accenture, based in Europe, on a variety of strategic and operational projects. He is an active researcher at the University of Rome with the faculty of Management and Industrial Engineering, where has served as a part-time assistant professor.

Dr. Ayach is passionate about research and development; he has produced various peer reviewed papers and book chapters, as well as contributed to international publications. He is a member of the European Decision Science Institute, and is fluent in Arabic, Italian, French, and English.
