Prateek Sachdeva

Prateek is a Partner based in our Dubai office and a member of the Operations Management practice. He brings consulting and industry experience across the utilities, energy & alternatives, and industrial sectors, driving strategy, policy, and transformation work with businesses and governments in the Middle East.

Prior to joining Arthur D. Little, Prateek worked for Oliver Wyman and McKinsey & Company, based in Dubai. He led strategy, regulatory, profitability and turnaround, performance excellence, and value sourcing programs. He helped establish and grow the recovery and transformation service line, driving up to 50% EBIT uplift for energy, mining, and telecom players across geographies. 

Prateek completed an MBA from the Indian School of Business (ISB) and a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT). 
 
Prateek is married to Shaily, and they have a daughter (Aanya, 6) and son (Anvay, 2). Prateek enjoys playing sports, staying fit, and spending vacation time in the European Alps. He is passionate about investments and advises family and friends on alpha generating opportunities in capital markets.
