Pascal is a Partner based in our Munich office. He is a core member of the Energy & Utilities practice in Central Europe and leads the Global Competence Center Generation.
Pascal has over 17 years of experience in strategy consulting and senior management positions in the energy industry. His key-focus clients are conventional and renewable energy generation companies; operators of electricity, gas, and district heat networks; and decentralized energy solution providers. In addition, he has extensive experience in deal value creation and due diligences for infrastructure assets.
He is globally acknowledged as an expert in helping asset-intensive clients address the key challenges and opportunities of the energy transition. His most recent consulting work focuses on building the distribution grid of the future, decarbonization of district heating, and transformation of fossil electricity generation companies into renewable champions.
Prior to joining Arthur D. Little, Pascal held various positions at one of the world’s largest energy companies and worked for another consulting firm in the energy and utilities sector. He holds a diploma and a doctoral grade in business science from the Justus-Liebig University Giessen (Germany). He likes to spend leisure time with his family and participating in various sports (such as ice hockey, running, and hiking).
