Ronja is a Principal based in our Frankfurt office and a member of the global Performance practice. Her focus lies on strategic transformation, productivity improvements, and sustainability. She has strong expertise with large company transformations, process greenfield optimization, and target operating model design, engaging all levels of the organization to reach sustainable performance improvements.

Before joining Arthur D. Little, Ronja worked as a consultant for Lumics Consulting, a joint venture between McKinsey & Co. and Lufthansa Technik, focusing on lean management and process optimization in aviation and other transport and manufacturing industries. In addition to her consulting experience, Ronja builds on industry experience from the automotive and consumer goods industries.

Ronja holds a master’s degree in corporate development from the University of Cologne and a bachelor’s degree in International Business Studies from Friedrich-Alexander-University of Erlangen-Nuremberg.

In her free time Ronja likes to travel and be active with yoga, running, swimming, and hiking. She is a passionate hobby photographer and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
