Bachar is a Principal based out of our Dubai office. He is a member of the Travel & Transportation practice and primarily focuses in advising clients on strategic advancement of urban development, transportation, and mobility solutions.

Bachar’s expertise spans a wide array of domains, including strategy, transformation, and operational innovation. 
Prior to joining ADL, Bachar worked at AECOM, where he helped several clients with the development of large-scale capital infrastructure projects across the Middle East.

Outside of the office, Bachar enjoys traveling the world and immersing himself in different sports and entertainment experiences alongside his wife Joud.

Bachar holds a bachelor’s degree in civil & environmental engineering from the American University of Beirut.
