Member of the Global Executive Committee of ADL, responsible for advancing the Firm's client service innovation by “bridging” to augment our value proposition along three main dimensions:

• Further integrating our pool of experts and its vast ecosystem of complementary partners (experts, data players, solutions providers), championing open consulting initiatives based on collective intelligence ("bridging between ADL and external capabilities")

• Leading the development and deployment of our Firm’s applied advanced technology and AI capabilities in collaboration with our expert consultants and external partners  ("bridging between today and tomorrow through technology")

• Expanding our value consulting models to drive value creation and align our interests with those of our clients, thereby expanding our impact from advisory to co-venture building ("bridging with our clients").

As Chief Bridge Officer, Philippe’s role is to work closely with our key clients and leadership cells across the Firm (industry practices, functional practices and market clusters) to grow our impact by equipping clients and consultants, in a more scalable and sustainable way.
