Javier is a Principal based in our Dubai office. He is a core member of the Tourism & Hospitality practice with an  extensive career working with blue-chip clients and private equity firms, with a broad experience creating value from strategy to execution in M&A projects, with a clear value-driven approach.

Javier is a topic expert in corporate strategy, M&A, business transformation processes and operations management
Prior to joining Arthur D. Little, Javier worked at Kearney, Strategy& and Monitor Deloitte, where he supported a multitude of clients through transformation projects and deals execution mandates. Javier has held positions at other top firms in Spain.

Javier holds an MBA full time from IESE Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from CUNEF

Javier is married to Mercedes, and they have a daughter called Cayetana. In his free time, Javier enjoys playing padel and tennis, watching Real Madrid games and travelling around the world
