Roger is a Principal based in our Singapore office and a core member of the Financial Services practice. He focuses on advising major financial institutions on development of strategic and tactical initiatives, as well as execution of M&A transactions, by combining practitioner insight and industry best practices.

Roger has worked across a wide spectrum of business lines within the financial services space, including retail banking, private banking, wealth and asset management, and capital markets.

Prior to joining Arthur D. Little, Roger garnered a wealth of banking experience from working in the strategy and corporate M&A teams of global banks including UBS, J.P. Morgan, Merrill Lynch, and Deutsche Bank.

Roger graduated with a bachelor of arts (double major in economics and MMSS) from Northwestern University in the US. He also holds the Sustainability and Climate Risk (SCR) certification from the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP).
