He has worked worldwide and managed many aspects of innovative businesses in the med-tech space. In transitioning to consulting services, he has focused on pragmatic growth strategies and commercial excellence approaches.
Before joining ADL, Koen worked for Deloitte Belgium and Monitor Deloitte as Senior Director and Director, respectively. He also served as Senior Business Director Europe and Managing Director for Acutus Medical. He holds degrees from EHSAL and KUL (University of Leuven), both in Belgium
