Gaya is a Principal based in our Dubai office and a key member of the Energy, Utilities, and Resources practice.
Working across the Middle East, Gaya focuses on industrial development, delivering complex assignments and serving as a trusted advisor to his clients to drive change across organizations and the broader industrial ecosystem.
Gaya has strong expertise in strategy, operating model design, policy development, and digital transformation to complement his industry knowledge. Throughout his years with ADL, he has leveraged his expertise to develop corporate strategies, digital transformation roadmaps, and investment and diversification strategies. He has also led large transformation programs while working closely with and advising senior executives in the private and public sectors. 

Before joining ADL, Gaya worked in a US-based consultancy, advising incumbent automotive clients on industry 4.0 topics, performance improvement, and lean manufacturing practices. 
Gaya is a Fulbright Scholar with master’s degrees in electrical, electronics, and telecommunications engineering and engineering technology management from Portland State University. He is fluent in English, French, Arabic, and Berber.
