Bohumil Hyánek

Bohumil is a Principal at Arthur D. Little, based in Prague, and a member of the Financial Services, TIME and Strategy & Organization Practices, focusing primarily on CX, CRM, cloud, digitalization, technology and innovation management. Bohumil has 12+ years’ banking and insurance experience working for Barclays, GE Capital, Erste Group, Intesa Sanpaolo, Addiko Group, and 8+ years in consulting and Microsoft technology solutions design for clients in the telecommunications, financial services, transportation, and public sectors. His most notable accomplishments include co-authoring several group-wide strategies and large-scale change programs, including a cloud-based CRM rollout in 8 countries, trading centralization for largest banking group in CEE and SEE region, predictive data analytics utilization in multiple leading banks.
 
Bohumil is fascinated and passionate about three topics in particular: cloud & digitalization, industry convergence and ML/AI-based innovations. He has worked to implement predictive modelling, ML-based business solutions, customer value management optimizations in cloud environment for several leading banking groups. Additionally, he has deep interest in the capability of innovations to enhance and change established business models.
 
Before joining ADL, Bohumil had worked for VeriPark, Addiko, Intesa, Erste Group, GE and Roland Berger Strategy Consultants. He holds a Master's degree in International Business from the Prague University of Economics and Business. Outside of work, Bohumil likes to read, bike, hike, alpine ski, snorkel and spend time with his daughters.
