Satoshi is a Partner at Arthur D. Little and a core member of our Japan office and Global Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice.

He has approximately 30 years of strategy consulting experience and supervised teams as a Partner/Managing Director at SIGMAXYZ, Bain & Co. and Roland Berger prior to joining ADL. Satoshi has worked for clients in a wide range of industries, including healthcare, consumer goods & retail, chemicals & metals, automotive & machinery, energy, ICT, private equity and financial services. He has led projects in strategy formulation and transformation support related to M&A/alliance, portfolio management and restructuring, future vision and new business development, organization and operation reform, R&D/SCM/M&S model change, and digital shift of corporations and industries. Satoshi also has had hands-on experience in asset management service at Goldman Sachs and a CFO role at a health tech start-up.

He earned a BA from Waseda University in Japan and an MBA from the University of Chicago in the US.
