His consulting experience spans from creative strategy formulation, e.g. new business development, growth strategy, business model design, service design, scenario planning, marketing strategy, to its implementation, e.g. organizational transformation, M&A. 

He supports clients in various industries, e.g. industrial products, optical & scientific instruments, medical & healthcare devices, materials, energy, in a cross-industry manner, facilitating new value creation through re-defining industrial structure.

Prior to joining ADL, he built his consulting career at a US-based and a Europe-based strategy consulting firms, as well as IBM’s Marketing Consulting Group, supporting a number of Japanese and overseas clients.
