Florian is a Principal at Arthur D. Little’s Munich office. The main body of his expertise is built around business model development and downstream strategies for automotive clients, as well as M&A-related support services for investors.
A major focus of his project work has been linked to the e-mobility ecosystem, in which he has successfully supported automotive OEMs, suppliers and mobility service providers with market insight, the identification of business models, and as the development and implementation of new product, sales and service strategies.
Prior to joining Arthur D. Little, Florian worked in the automotive industry (Porsche AG), management consulting (Hirt&Friends Strategy Consultants and Ricardo Strategic Consulting) and the banking sector (HSH Nordbank).
His consulting experience includes project assignments in Germany, Austria, Italy, Norway, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania, the UK, the US and China.
Florian holds a Diploma in International Business Administration from Vienna University of Economics (Austria). He is fluent in German and English.
