Olaf is a Partner based in our Frankfurt office and part of the leadership team of the Utilities & Alternative Energy Practice in Central Europe. He has been advising energy clients on strategic and operational issues since the liberalization of the energy sector began. His projects range from strategic realignment and digital transformation to safeguarding profit, reorganization, and cooperation. He also supports clients in the implementation of concepts and solutions.
Prior to joining Arthur D. Little, Olaf worked for ADVYCE, Kienbaum Management Consultants, and Schubert Holding, and supported clients across many geographies and a variety of topics. He gained extensive expertise in business strategy, growth strategy B2C and B2B, digitalization, organizational development, co-opetition, performance management, and benchmarking.
In addition to his consulting activities, he regularly publishes articles and studies on energy-related topics and speaks at conferences. In his leisure time, Olaf enjoys family life with his wife and three kids. He has a passion for cooking and winter sports.
