Kohta joined ADL in April 2019 and is a core member of the Healthcare & Life Sciences practice in the Tokyo office. He works extensively with leading healthcare companies with a special focus on the pharmaceutical industry. His recent work includes formulating business strategy, innovation strategy, and organization & operation strategy. 

Before joining ADL, Kohta built his career at companies such as Chugai Pharmaceutical and AstraZeneca. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Waseda University and an MBA from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
