With more than 13 years of strategic consulting experience at ADL, Marius works across industries with a special focus on Healthcare organizations (e.g. digitizing & transforming health insurances). 

Marius supports clients in realizing productive, people-centric & digitally-enabled organizations. He particularly leverages his broad knowledge in key business processes, digital technologies & IT as well as the future of work. He brings in extensive experience in the leadership and support of transformation programs – from the initial concept to the successful implementation.

In addition, Marius leads Arthur D. Little‘s Digital Center of Excellence, enabling a fast digital experience with state-of-the-art expertise in digital technologies.

Marius holds a Master of Science degree in Information Engineering and Management from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) and the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB). Marius is fluent in German and English.
