Masashi joined the Toyko office and AMG practice in 2020. He has consistently engaged in consulting work mainly in the Automotive industry, with OEM, Suppliers, Industry groups, Government agencies, etc. as major clients. In addition to consulting based on the key agenda of the industry(Electrification, Energy x mobility,  AD/ADAS, E/E architecture and Vehicle OS, etc), he also contributes to the mid- to long-term development of the automotive industry from the perspective of industrial policy that makes use of the experience of government agencies.

He has built a deep relationship with Japanese OEM, Supplier as a key account. He also develops consulting services for industry groups and government agencies such as the Japan Automobile Manufacturers.

Masashi joined ADL after working for Nissan, another consulting firm, and a secondment to a government office.

He graduated from Waseda University School of Political Science and Economics, Department of Economics.
