Little (ADL), a leading global management and technology consulting firm is pleased to announce that Gregg Bauer and Mark Roth have joined ADL to lead the Technology & Innovation Management (TIM) practice in North America. Both Gregg and Mark are seasoned entrepreneurs and executives with over 25 years of corporate, start-up and consulting experience. As partners of the TIM practice, they will expand Arthur D. Little's presence in North America and help companies respond to the challenges of creating value by identifying and developing new innovation business models that are actionable and provide clear economic outcomes while leveraging the new global environment for innovation.

Gregg Bauer has 25 years of experience as a senior executive and advisor to both large corporations and start-ups and brings a unique entrepreneurial perspective to his clients. His broad industry background spans diversified industrial, high technology, consumer packaged goods, software, basic materials, medical devices and retail. He is highly sought after for his expertise on innovation strategy and is a frequent speaker at entrepreneurial forums as well has having appeared in the Boston Globe, the International Herald Tribune, Fortune and on National Public Radio and on CNBC. He is also a guest lecturer on growth and innovation strategy to graduate students at the Carroll School of Management at Boston College and to executives at the Weatherhead School of Management at the Case Western Reserve University.
Gregg has been on the founding team of several successful start-ups in technology and retail and was a co-founder and Partner at Spinnaker Venture Partners, LLC of Boston, MA, a leading technology investment and private equity advisory firm. His early career was spent with Rockwell International where he held senior management positions in sales, marketing, operations and corporate development.
Gregg serves on several boards including the Dean's Board of Visitors for the Russ College of Engineering and Technology at Ohio University. Gregg is a Magna Cum Laude graduate with a BS in Electrical Engineering from Ohio University and received an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Mark Roth has over 25 years of experience as a corporate executive, entrepreneur and consultant and is considered a leading expert on technology and innovation management to drive value in technology based businesses. His broad experience spans numerous industries with an extensive background in the chemicals, semiconductor, transportation, and consumer goods markets.
Mark has held leadership R&D positions in Rockwell International, Honeywell, and Engelhard Minerals and Chemicals and has provided management consulting on corporate and business development issues to emerging technology businesses. Internationally, he has led the establishment of R&D operations in Eastern Europe and Russia, as well as coordinating globally distributed development operations on three continents.
Mark has served as a board member and director of numerous manufacturing industry and technology consortia including the National Center for Manufacturing Sciences, the Microelectronics Computer Consortium, the Software Engineering Institute and the Software Productivity Consortium. He has a degree in Chemical Engineering from the Stevens Institute of Technology and has affiliations with the Tuck School of Business and the Czech Technical University.
