Utku ÖZ appointed as Partner of Arthur D. Little Turkey
Arthur D. Little (ADL) today announced the appointment of Utku ÖZ, who has joined as a Partner in Turkey. Based in the Istanbul office, he will lead the development of the Financial Services and Analytics Practices, and support clients in Eastern Europe and the Middle East.
With over 15 years’ experience in strategy consulting, Utku has worked across various industries. He has supported clients in financial services, telecoms, retail and manufacturing, primarily focusing on sales, marketing, digital and analytics.
After graduating from Boğaziçi University in Istanbul, Utku joined Procter and Gamble, where he worked for two years as an internal consultant in the sales teams, advising retailers. He then joined Value Partners, where he supported banks, telecoms and media companies in Turkey and Europe. In 2013, Utku moved on to McKinsey, where he became part of the Istanbul office leadership team in financial services and telecoms. During this time, he led the establishment of the advanced analytics team in Istanbul.

Utku holds a BSc. degree in industrial engineering from Boğaziçi University. He has hands-on experience in the R/Python programming languages, as well as key classification, regression and simulation techniques. In addition to his consulting work, he voluntarily supports start-ups, developing artificial intelligence and automation applications in Turkey.
