David is a partner based in our Paris office and has 29 years of experience in the consulting business.

David is focused on all transformation and operations topics, with a strong focus on food and non-food retail, apparel, and luxury. He can address performance and cost out topics for healthy, cash-stressed, and distressed companies. He is experienced in helping companies design and implement turnaround and restructuring plans.

Regarding operations, David has deep experience in all procurement topics (large-scale sourcing programs) and supply chain, as well as PMI and carve-out execution.

Before joining ADL, David worked for Alvarez and Marsal, BCG (Turn practice), AlixPartners, and Kearney.

David holds a master’s in civil engineering from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Nancy and speaks French, English, and Italian.

David is married to Jane and has three children: Marine, Julien, and Cesar. In his free time, he enjoys swimming, cooking, and playing bridge.
