Franco is the Lead Partner in our Australian office and a member of the Global Energy practice. He brings over 30 years of consulting experience with a focus on the energy sector. He applies an entrepreneurial mindset with innovative and strategic thinking to navigate and solve the sector’s complex issues.

Franco's focus is on: 

• Growth strategy, business model reinvention, and portfolio optimization 
• Market entry and commercial due diligence
• M&A transaction services 

Before joining ADL, Franco was the Global Head of P&U for EY Parthenon and held senior partner roles with EY and Deloitte. He has also worked with AT Kearney and McKinsey. Franco has been involved in several start-ups and acted as the lead advisor on investments in renewable and sustainable companies with a global impact on the transition to net zero.

Franco holds a Master’s in Management Technology (MMT) from Melbourne University Business School and a bachelor of science in statistics from Monash University.
