Martin is a Principal in Arthur D. Little’s Vienna office and is affiliated to the Telecommunications, Information Technology, Media & Electronics (TIME) practice. 

Martin has become an essential member of the TMT Private Equity & Infrastructure team and has built up strong industry expertise mainly in the field of fixed telecom infrastructure. He focuses on delivering growth and transformation strategies as well as pre-deal and post-deal value creation to telecom operators, private equity and infrastructure funds. 

Martin has successfully led several large, complex and transformational projects that have contributed to strengthening the position of Arthur D. Little in the TMT and M&A sector.

Selected examples of such projects include:

• Outside-in synergy assessment, commercial and technical due diligence and a follow-on integration of a mobile operator for a Nordic telco-utility company
• Commercial and technical buy-side due diligence of a large fixed telecom provider (FTTH, long-haul, data center, B2B) across five European markets
• Growth strategy development for the largest FTTH infrastructure provider in one of the Nordic countries
• Several fixed and tower infrastructure transactions across Europe
