Michael is a Principal and a member of our Travel & Transportation (T&T) Practice. Based in Dubai and working across the Middle East and India region, he collaborates closely with our teams covering aviation and transportation projects. He has 25 years’ post-graduate experience and more than 16 years Consulting experience in almost 20 countries across four continents.

With his deep passion and knowledgeable insights on the transport industry, Michael focuses on topics including business strategy, enterprise transformation, operating and governance models and customer experience/digital strategy. He brings an impactful and value first approach to his client work through his practical, hands-on approach from concept and definition all the way through to implementation, leveraging Arthur D. Little's open consulting approach. Some of his recent projects include the design and asset transfer planning for a new airline holding company, the operating and governance model for a new airport group holding entity and a 20-year customer experience roadmap for a major GCC transportation authority.

Before joining Arthur D. Little, Michael worked for 16 years in a ‘Big 4’ Consulting practice based in London and Dubai and before that in two UK FTSE 100 companies.
