Mikolaj Matuszko

Mikolaj is a Principal based in ADL’s Warsaw office and a member of the Growth practice. With 10 years of experience in management consulting, he has led numerous high-profile projects in the private equity, transport, logistics, and energy industries. 

His expertise includes strategy development, business planning, commercial due diligence, value creation, transformations, and organizational models for clients in CEE and the Middle East. 

Prior to joining Arthur D. Little, Mikolaj worked for EY-Parthenon and Strategy& in Poland/CEE. He holds a master's degree in finance and accounting from the Warsaw School of Economics and has completed management courses at Columbia University and Tsinghua University. 

In his free time, Mikolaj enjoys combining various sports activities, including skiing, racquet sports, and cycling, with traveling and participating in marathons and other sports events around the world. (He has visited over 60 countries.)
