Onur is a Partner in our Istanbul Office. He leads digital strategy and operational transformation agendas, with a major focus on financial services, telecommunication, manufacturing, and public sector clients. He is enthusiastic about shaping transformational programs to shift business to the new.

Prior to joining Arthur D. Little, Onur worked for Ernst & Young in its Warsaw, Budapest, and İstanbul offices from 2017 to 2023. He served as regional digital lead for CESA (Central and Southeastern Europe), developing the digital practice and establishing an innovation center.
In addition to his consulting experience, Onur is an active mentor for start-ups and new digital business developments, interacting closely with innovation hubs, university programs, and excellence centers. He is also very interested in capital markets evolution and behavioral economics.
Onur holds a master’s degree (electrical engineering, with focus on telecommunications) from the School of Engineering and Applied Science, University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s degree in electrical and electronics engineering from Bogazici University in Turkey. He is fluent in Turkish and English.
He is married to Hanzade, and they live in Istanbul with their three sons (Batu, Doruk, and Alptug). In his free time, Onur likes playing and watching sports with his friends and family, especially basketball and football. He also enjoys playing acoustic guitar, drums, and harmonica.
