Pallab is a partner based in our New Delhi and Dubai offices. He is a core member of our Growth practice and has over 20 years of experience helping clients enhance value in the consumer goods and retail sector.​

He has delivered many successful engagements across improvement themes of strategy, end-to-end transformation, revenue enhancement, operations improvement, supply chain transformation, cost optimization, digital transformation, and analytics. ​

Before joining Arthur D. Little, Pallab was a Partner at KPMG India in the Business Consulting practice, where he co-led its consumer sector business. He has also held positions at other consulting firms. In addition to his consulting experience, Pallab teaches management consulting at prestigious B-Schools in India to give back. He also is a mentor to some start-ups.​

Pallab is married to Ajanta, and they have a son, Abheek. He enjoys reading, travel, safaris, and sailing in his free time.
