Rathin is a principal based in our Dubai office. He is a core member of the Telecommunications, Information, Media, & Electronics (TIME) practice. He advises senior executives on strategic mandates that leverage a combination of strategy, business, and technological know-how to drive value creation and cost optimization.

Rathin is a topic expert in corporate strategy, artificial intelligence (AI), digital transformation, product-led growth, organization restructuring, turnaround strategy, emerging technologies, and startups.

Prior to joining Arthur D. Little, Rathin worked at Strategy& Kearney in Asia and Europe, delivering strategy and transformation engagements to global enterprises in the telecom, e-commerce, and travel-tech industries. In addition to his consulting experience, he has held leadership positions at startups and scale-ups across Asia and North America and has been involved in entrepreneurial ventures in AI.  
Rathin holds an MBA in International Business from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT, New Delhi) and a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Nagpur, India.

Rathin is married to Nupur, and they have a daughter, Meera. In his free time, Rathin enjoys reading up on technology, enhancing his coding skills, and indulging in his love for speed, whether on two wheels or four.
