Before joining Arthur D. Little, Shirish worked for Strategy& in the Sydney and Singapore offices from 2016 to 2024 and had a stint with Booz&Co. He also worked in industry, including the Commonwealth Bank of Australia and the BPAY.
Shirish focuses on transaction banking, market infrastructure, payments, tokenization, and innovation within Financial Services. He has worked with clients in Singapore, Australia, Chile, the US, France, the UK, and other South and Southeast Asian countries. His portfolio includes banks, networks, utilities, central banks, multi-donor agencies, and fintechs.
Shirish holds a bachelor’s degree (chemical engineering) from MNIT in Jaipur. He is fluent in Hindi and English. He is married to Ritu, and they have a daughter, Ritisha. They live in Singapore. Shirish also enjoys swimming, cycling, badminton, and reading history and innovation books.
