With 13+ years’ experience in strategy consulting, Paul has broad experience of the CMT sector in both developed and emerging markets (Europe, Asia, Africa & Middle East), with specific expertise in commercial growth strategy, network strategy and operational excellence for both fixed & mobile operators.

Paul is a Principal in the Paris office of Arthur D. Little. He rejoined the company after having worked there previously in 2011 and 2012.
With more than 13 years’ experience in top-tier consulting firms in the TMT industry, Paul developed a strong expertise in value-growth strategies, network technologies and economics, and business transformation & operational models for incumbents, MNOs and satellite players in Europe, Africa, and Asia.
Prior to joining Arthur D. Little Paris, Paul lived for three years India and three years in South Africa, where he supported multiple telecom and media players in their growth strategies in emerging markets.
Paul also has a lot of experience in developing new platforms, such as digital & media and satellite and engineering R&D, as well a proven ability to manage large and complex engagements in multicultural environments.
He is also very much experienced in value-based strategy and business transformation projects in Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East.
Prior to consulting, Paul worked at the International Network division of Orange as a product manager of wholesale transmission products.
Paul holds a telecom engineer degree from Telecom Bretagne and an MBA from ESSEC, France.
He is married with two daughters, loves running, trekking and sailing, and is a keen traveler.
