He is serving public and private sector clients across for Travel, Transport & Mobility 4.0 transformation, from strategy to implementation and efficient safe operation, building their digital capabilities and thereby creating sustainable competitive advantage that will propel them to become leaders in their industry.

Urs returned to Arthur D. Little following a 23-year career in the transportation sector with a combination of top tier strategy and technology consulting and senior management positions in the industry.
At Accenture, Digital14, Arthur D. Little and Oliver Wyman, Urs has helped clients from a broad range of transport sub-sectors (Automotive, Urban Mobility, Passenger & Freight Rail and Postal & Logistics) to tackle some of their most strategic questions from business design and operational efficiency to quality & customer experience and automation.
He also has firsthand experience on the client’s side as Strategy Director at Etihad Rail where he also headed the IT Steering Committee and as Chief Strategy Officer at Abdul Latif Jameel Group.

Originally from Switzerland, he has lived in the UAE since 2007 and has worked in both the public and private sectors. He has been serving global OEMs, governments & policy makers, infrastructure developers, operators and family conglomerates.

He has deep industry experience in transport, infrastructure and manufacturing related sectors including, automotive, urban mobility, rail and logistics.

Urs is a proven servant leader with a track record of successfully managing large international interdisciplinary projects that require coordination across various teams and stakeholders.
