Arthur D. Little (ADL) today announced that Onur Doğan has joined the company as a Partner in its Istanbul office, where he will focus on providing consulting on digital strategy and operational transformation for clients in financial services, telecommunications, manufacturing, and public sector. Onur has 20 years’ experience of enhancing companies’ digital strategies, operating model efficiency, productivity and is also an active mentor for start-ups and new digital business developments, interacting closely with innovation hubs, university programs and excellence centers.

Prior to joining ADL, Onur worked for EY in its Warsaw, Budapest and Istanbul offices from 2017 to 2023 as Partner and Regional Digital Lead for Central and Southeastern Europe. During this time he developed the company’s digital practice and established an innovation center. Before that, he worked at Accenture from 2005 to 2016, where he acted as an account lead for its financial services clients and was made Partner in 2014.
