Arthur D. Little (ADL) today announced the election of 10 new Partners across a number of its global offices and practices.
All of the new Partners have demonstrated a leading combination of relevant sector and client expertise, underpinned by deep market and business understanding and dedication to delivering client value. Providing opportunities for internal talent is a central pillar of ADL’s values, and the latest promotions show the firm’s commitment to its people and their continuing growth.
The latest promotions to Partner are as follows:
- Achraf Joumaa, Travel & Transportation Practice, Dubai. Combining a strong track record in the transport industry with extensive experience in management consulting, Achraf leads the Mobility Competence Center within the Travel & Transport practice in the Middle East. He has also contributed to multiple ADL thought-leadership pieces and external publications.
- Alexey Pankov, Performance Practice, Dubai. Alexey has strong expertise in the international industrial, strategy, transformation, operations, and digital fields. He is focused on heavy industries, advanced manufacturing, and the energy sector, providing end-to-end support for clients from strategic decision-making to achieving tangible business performance results.
- Amer Hage Chahine, Energy & Utilities Practice, Dubai. Amer focuses on the energy industrials and oil & gas industries across the Middle East. He is a recognized thought leader in energy transition, net zero, and digital transformation, regularly featuring in the media and ADL publications.
- Clément Santander, Performance Practice, Paris. Bringing a unique background, Clément combines extensive experience in management and strategy consultancy with the entrepreneurial spirit of having co-founded two start-ups. Clément is dedicated to driving operations excellence and innovating supply chain configurations and transformations. He has particular focus on operations strategy and operational innovation scale-up within emerging sectors, including Agrifood Tech.
- Daisuke Tateno, Automotive & Manufacturing Practice, Tokyo. Daisuke has a strong financial background and focuses on the heavy industry/electric sector, transaction support for private equity/businesses, and corporate issues. A well-regarded thought leader, he has presented seminars on carbon neutrality in various media.
- Dario Garante, Innovation Practice, Milan. A seasoned professional with over 20 years of management consulting experience, Dario is known for his strong expertise in operational and digital transformation, including data exploitation and augmented decision-making business models, cutting-edge technology, and agile operating models.
- Florent Nanse, Automotive & Manufacturing Practice, Boston. Recognized for his entrepreneurial, adaptable approach and strong communication skills, Florent has been key to growing the practice within the US. He combines client responsibilities with leading ADL’s global ESG initiatives, driving the firm’s strategy to meet compliance, risk, and reputational goals.
- Gabriel Mohr, Telecom, Information Technology, Media, & Electronics (TIME) Practice, Vienna. Throughout his time at ADL, Gabriel has built specific focus on digital infrastructure and technology innovation, with deep experience in the business transformation, value creation, and transaction space. He has led many of ADL’s landmark projects and regularly demonstrates his thought leadership as a sought-after conference participant, having served as panelist, keynote speaker, award judge, and mentor.
