Kazuhiro provides support for the formulation of company-wide and business strategies and the creation of new businesses in the areas of manufacturing, construction, housing, logistics, and mobility. 

In recent years, he has focused on providing support for industry restructuring and industrial transformation, including vision development based on macro trends, organizational and governance reform, business model transformation, and policy collaboration.

Prior to joining our company, he worked for the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, the government of Japan where he was in charge of planning and legislating housing and urban policies. After that, he worked for a domestic strategy consulting firm, where he provided support for new business creation and company-wide reform.
