With over 25 years of experience bridging corporates, startups and investors, Philippe Mauchard will be entrusted with the responsibility of advancing our client service innovation by further integrating Arthur D. Little’s pool of experts and its vast ecosystem of partners as Chief Bridge Officer. Furthermore, he will champion initiatives that focus on activating solutions based on collective intelligence, aiming to leverage the wisdom of Arthur D. Little’s network to bring transformative results for its clientele. Additionally, he will expand our value consulting models to drive value creation and align our interests with those of our clients. Previously a Partner at McKinsey & Company, Philippe’s experience includes being a founder of McKinsey Solutions, founding and leading his open innovation company, and working as Chief Investment Officer at SPDG. He is also co-founder of Teach for Belgium and a professor in Applied Marketing Analytics at the Université Libre de Bruxelles.
Stepping into the role of Director of Open Networks, Will Smith will work in tandem with Philippe, ensuring that Arthur D. Little remains at the forefront of cutting-edge solutions and network-driven strategies. In particular, he will lead Presans, an Arthur D. Little company, leveraging his experience in consulting and startups to enhance its open innovation offerings. Throughout his career, Will has been instrumental in transforming ideas into growth and he has had leading roles at Happen Innovation, and at startups Plum Guide and JustPark.
