MANAGEMENT OF REPORTS OF UNLAWFUL CONDUCTS PURSUANT TO LEGISLATIVE DECREE N. 24/2023 – WHISTLEBLOWING

Arthur D. Little Società Benefit S.p.A. (ADL), has adopted the necessary whistleblowing tools in compliance with the regulatory provisions of Legislative Decree no. 24 of 10 March 2023 - "Implementation of Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law and on the protection of persons who report breaches of national regulatory provisions" (Whistleblowing Decree), as well as the information provided in this regard by ANAC (National Anti-Corruption Authority).

Pursuant to the Whistleblowing Decree, this internal channel (priority) dedicated to reporting has therefore been set up (ADL Italia Whistleblowing Platform), based on a web platform capable of guaranteeing the confidentiality of the identity of the reporting person, the person involved and the persons mentioned in the report, as well as the content of the report itself and the related documentation.

Pursuant to the Whistleblowing Decree, there are two other channels for making a report: a) ANAC channel; b) Public dissemination, through the press, electronic means or means of dissemination capable of reaching a large number of people.

Any processing of personal data, provided for by the Whistleblowing Procedure, will be carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 (subsequent amendments).
