During his time with Arthur D. Little, Kilefors has worked with some 65 clients, advising on strategy, organization, change management, M&A, post-merger integration and corporate finance. Kilefors takes on his new role as world markets undergo dramatic change. “This is an exciting time to be heading the practice,” he confirms. “Rapid economic growth in countries such as in Brazil, Russia, India and China is posing unprecedented challenges for businesses worldwide, in some cases demanding nothing less than the complete transformation of their organizations. Commenting on the appointment, Arthur D. Little’s Global CEO, Michael Träm, said, “The Strategy & Organization Practice is the largest of ADL’s practices and a flag carrier for our brand. I know that under Petter’s leadership Arthur D. Little will continue to be the strategy consultant of choice for major organizations worldwide, and I am sure that we will continue to expand into new sectors and markets.”
