Alexander Buirski

Alexander is a member of the Middle East Partner Group and core team member of the Public Sector Practice, with specializations in Public Sector Transformation; Defence, Security & Resilience Modernization.  He has a functional affiliation with our global Growth, Sustainability & Transformation Practice and has also been appointed as our regional Transformation practice leader. 
 
Alexander is a topic expert in:

•    National Defence, Security & Resilience modernization 
•    Public sector investment and economic development
•    Strategy and strategic planning/implementation

Prior to joining Arthur D. Little, he worked for Monitor Deloitte and Kearney advising senior clients across the Middle East & North Africa. 

Alexander holds a Master in Applied Finance from the University of Melbourne (Australia), a BSc (Honors) in Business Administration from the University of Bath, and a BA in Psychology, and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (MCIPS). 

In addition to his consulting and academic experience, Alexander has a passion for competitive sport, having represented Australia and Great Britain in multiple sports, at international level.
