Fabio is a member of the TIME and OST practices, based in the ADL Milan office.
In his career at ADL, he delivered projects and cultivated relationships with major telcos and network/IT vendors across Europe, Southeast Asia and the Middle East. 
He is collaborating in Italy and globally on business development and delivery of international assignments. He has also actively contributed to the company IC development by enhancing the operational excellence both managing important projects on topics ranging from cost efficiency, processes and performance improvements, growth strategy, PMO, financial planning to finance operations as well as publishing viewpoints on related subject matters. 

Fabio holds a Master’s degree in Business Engineering and a Chartered Engineer degree from the Politecnico di Milano University. Before joining ADL, Fabio held senior positions in major telco groups such as Vodafone and Hutchison at international level.
