Richard also discusses the growing enthusiasm for autonomous driving, especially in Saudi Arabia, where 70% of respondents are open to this technology. Additionally, many consumers expect their next vehicle to be either electric or hybrid.
In the UAE, over 50% of customers would prefer online transactions, and a massive 70% would be  willing to complete the entire purchasing process digitally, reflecting a rising trust in advanced technologies. These insights have significant implications for automotive manufacturers and policymakers, particularly in crafting sales channels and building the infrastructure to support new powertrain and ADAS technologies.
