<p>Private Equity practice welcomes new team members</p>
Arthur D. Little, a leading global management consulting firm, announced the addition of three new members to its Private Equity practice: Stephen Abseck, manager; Imon Mohsin, manager; and Ik Kanu, consultant. Their expertise will complement the services Arthur D. Little already provides to emerging and established mid-market companies in the areas of supply chain management, portfolio optimisation and management and financial and operational analyses.

Stephen Abseck, Manager, possesses strong knowledge of business process re-engineering, cost-benefit modeling, and corporate strategy. He began his career in the Aircraft Systems Division of a large aerospace company which eventually led him to consulting where he led and managed a team of consultants to improve the operational and regulatory compliance capabilities of a multi-billion dollar U.S. bank. His management consulting experience spans ICF Consulting, Booz-Allen & Hamilton, and most recently, Inductis. Stephen holds a B.S.E. in Electrical Engineering from Princeton University, an M.S. in Engineering-Economic Systems from Stanford University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
Imon Mohsin, Manager, began his career in the treasury risk management organization of a regional bank where his quantitative skills in the areas of foreign exchange, fixed income and interest rate swaps trading were developed and honed. He also worked in the strategy consulting organization of Mitchell Madison Group where he led a strategic review of a Global Fortune 50 financial institution and spent some time in the consulting arena of Ernst & Young LLP. Imon's background focuses on financial corporate finance, strategic sourcing, and turnaround work. He holds a B.A. in Accounting and Finance from Luther College and an MBA from The Wharton School, Univ. of Pennsylvania.
Ik Kanu, Consultant, joins our firm from PA Consulting. Early in his career Ik worked for Lucent Technologies with a focus on engineering and supply chain issues. He evaluated suppliers to determine their financial, operational and engineering viability, created product portfolio optimization frameworks and conducted due diligences on emerging technology ideas. Ik wants to leverage this knowledge and continue to grow professionally in the management consulting arena. He holds an M.S. in Operations Research/Management Science from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business of New York University.
