Peter is a member of the Austria Partner Group and Market Lead for Hungary, based in our recently established Budapest office. He is a core member of the Telecommunications, Information, Media, and Electronics (TIME) practice. In Hungary, he focuses on the following sectors: TIME, ENUT, FS, and travel & transportation.
Peter is a topic expert in:
- Corporate strategy and operating model redesign (TOM)
- PMI and large-scale transformation management
- New business development and convergent ecosystem play
Prior to joining Arthur D. Little, Peter worked for Magyar Telekom Group, the leading integrated telco operator (2002–2013), as Corporate Strategy Director, driving major transformation programs. Extending his industry focus from telco to energy, he later joined the retail arm of MVM Group, the largest integrated HU energy company, as Chief Operations Development Officer, and later became Chief Digital and Residential Sales Officer (2016–2022). In addition to his widespread experience in large corporates, Peter has been part of the ADL family for more than 10 years in different senior roles, leveraging hands-on industry experience to build client accounts via strategy & transformation engagements.
Peter holds a master’s degree in economics from Corvinus University of Budapest, an MBA from Purdue University, and a postgraduate specialist diploma in energy management from Corvinus University of Budapest. He is fluent in English and Hungarian and has conversational skills in German.
Peter is married and has a son called Huba (born 2007). In his free time, Peter is a hobby kart racer and a keen hiker.
