Prior to joining Arthur D. Little, Camilla worked for PwC, EY, and Accenture in their Milan, London, and Dubai offices from 2014 to 2024. She supported clients across 15+ geographies in multidisciplinary projects. Prior to her consulting career, Camilla worked for Ove Arup in its Milan, London, Madrid, and Shanghai offices as Senior Engineer, focusing on the development of new cities and large master-planning development.​

Camilla holds master’s degrees from the Università Politecnica delle Marche in Italy (Architecture and Building Engineering) and Cambridge University in the UK. ​

Camilla is married to Federico, and they have two daughters, Cloe Imperia (born 2017) and Febe Clara (born 2020). They live in Abu Dhabi. In her free time, Camilla loves to discover places and cultures (she has traveled to more than 70 countries and all seven continents). She is passionate about design in all its aspects, spanning furniture, architecture, art, and fashion.
