Hana Schwarz

Hana is a Principal of Arthur D. Little’s Prague Office. She is a member of the Organization & Transformation practice in CEE, focusing on transformation, restructuring/ reorganization, M&A, and strategy-related projects across the finance, utility/energy, and pharmaceutical industries.

Before joining Arthur D. Little, Hana has acted as a Strategy Manager within ČEZ Group focusing mostly on:

  • Corporate strategy definition
  • Business operating, sales, and governance model development
  • Company transformation
  • Business process optimization

Hana began her career as a Relationship manager of large Corporates in Creditanstalt. Then she worked for A.T. Kearney as “Senior Manager” in the “Organization & Transformation” practice and supported clients across Europe serving various industries.

Hana loves sports (triathlon, core & functional strength training), traveling, and enjoys anytime with her family.
