At Arthur D. Little, we take pride in building close relationships with our clients. Fostering close relationships with clients makes projects feel like a collaboration and means I learn more from every project.

My relationships with my colleagues are important to me; I wanted colleagues that I could collaborate with in the office, and hang out with recreationally too. That's what attracted me to ADL – I felt like there was a real sense of community in the Brussels office that I didn't see anywhere else.

This is because community is integral to the ADL culture. The way we work allows you to connect and build meaningful relationships with people from all different parts of the business, no matter if they're partners, newly hired business analysts or the CEO.

Working in the Dubai office has allowed me to work with the broader Middle East, and I've enjoyed the chance to mix things up. For example, I got to do lots of travel to Saudi Arabia for a recent project, while other off-site projects mean that I can work remotely.

There are always challenges and opportunities to learn wherever I am and whatever project I'm working on. But I'm always supported by my superiors and peers, who take the time to explain useful terms and concepts, help me hone my skills and accelerate my career growth and development.

I’ve always wanted a career where I could take on new challenges and discover new topics and new industries regularly. So, a career in management consulting was always the obvious choice.

But it's the entrepreneurial spirit that makes ADL unique – it allows me to work on topics that are close to my heart, which makes working here particularly exciting and rewarding.
