Ron is a prolific writer and is known for “The Innovation Premium” – a body of work that focuses on the management of innovation and the creation and capture of innovation premiums and shareholder value.
Sam Metzger is a leading CEO and entrepreneur who has over 30 years of experience co-founding and building a number of successful companies that have transformed the food and beverage industry, ranging from new product introductions to creative commercial arrangements and distribution channels that were ahead of the industry’s time. Sam is the co-founder and former CEO of Chipwich, the original chocolate chip cookie ice cream sandwich, credited with creating the “adult premium ice cream novelty” segment. The brand was sold to CoolBrands in 2002, which was then acquired by Nestle in 2007. For over 30 years, Sam has been instrumental in leading market change within the context of new technologies and innovative business ideas.
