Rick is an Associate Director in ADL’s Travel and Transportation (T&T) practice in the US.

Rick combines his airline industry knowledge with international airport business and has developed long-term airport traffic forecasts involving master plans and traffic scenarios for hub airports such as London Heathrow, Doha Qatar, Mumbai India, São Paulo Brazil/Guarulhos International Airport, Medinah KSA, Kuala Lumpur and Taiwan’s Taoyuan among others. He has worked on infrastructure investment projects as Lenders’ Technical Advisor and PPP transactions across India, South Africa, Saudi Arabia, Turkey and in South-eastern Europe. He regularly serves as an Aviation Expert on multi-disciplinary national transportation strategy & planning teams with several projects in Europe, Qatar, India and Central America.

A native Californian, after completing university, Rick worked up the ranks to become an officer in AirCal airlines. He then worked with consulting firms in Washington DC and London. Rick now resides in Croatia and enjoys scuba diving with his family in search of ancient Roman and Ottoman artifacts in Croatia’s blue Adriatic waters.
