Engin is a globally acknowledged expert for digital operations and operational excellence focused transformations programs. His key focus clients are renewable energy utilities, railway operators & infrastructure managers and manufacturing & engineering companies.

Engin Beken is a Partner based in both Frankfurt and Vienna offices. He i part of the global leadership team our Operations Strategy & Transformation Practice. In this function, he is supporting especially CTOs and COOs at our clients globally.

After working for more than four years as a project manager in the Hydro Power division of VERBUND AG, he switched his career towards management consulting and Arthur D. Little. His key expertise are large scale transformation programs focusing on long term digitalization and performance improvement targets. He has over 10 years of top-notch international project experience in the manufacturing/operations and supply-chain/procurement functions.

Engin studied industrial engineering at the Technical Universities in Vienna and Munich and holds a Ph.D. in mechanical engineering.
