ARTHUR D. LITTLE SOCIETA' BENEFIT S.P.A. promotes and supports the application of its core Principles for Gender Equality, through the definition and dissemination of its Policy to all its stakeholders. In order to achieve and improve its objectives in terms of equality, diversity and inclusion, the company is committed to maintaining and continuously developing a Human Resources Management System capable of:
- Guarantee equal pay and opportunities for growth and development in the company for the entire workforce, regardless of gender;
- Ensure the availability of resources and tools for the management of parenting and work-life balance and for the creation of an ideal work environment, thus able to ensure staff satisfaction;
- Prevent abuse and harassment of any kind within the work environment, ensuring the necessary level of confidentiality of information and the protection of whistleblowers;
- Promote the culture of Gender Equality in the company, towards its employees, direct collaborators, and externally with business partners and suppliers;
- Contribute to improving the social impact for our communities (dignity and equality, human rights).
